I began practicticing law in 1983.   I was an associate at Gary Eubanks & Associates from 1983-2000.  In 2000,  I joined a law practice with  some friends.  That practice changed names and addresses for many years, with some partners leaving and other partners joining.   The only things that remained the same throughout was that Darryl E. "Chip" Baker was one of the partners, and with every transition, Chip and I kept the telephone number 501-537-1000.    When Chip retired, I went into solo practice.   I kept the phone number. 

 My practice these days is mostly working with other lawyers on complex litigation, motions and appeals, and working with expert witnesses.    I do still have a few clients whom I represented at the old law firm.  I also have a few clients that I have accepted due to circumstances particular to their cases.   I am still in the full-time practice of law, but under different circumstances.
